Avi Malul is the Founder and CEO of The Lion Real Estate and an associate Broker at Keller Williams Realty, with over 20 years experience in residential (Condo, Co-Ops sells and rentals), Developments, Commercial leasing, and management.


Avi has over 20 years of experience in commercial, development, and residential real estate markets. Avi has worked for notable firms such as Citi Habitats and Prudential Douglas Elliman. He joined Keller Williams NYC as a founding member of the Manhattan franchise. In the past ten years, he has grown a successful boutique business representing exclusive developments, rental units, and management. Avi served as an (ALC) which is a group of agents performing in the top 20% of the office who make strategic decisions for the growth of the organization.


Avi’s passion, tenacity, charisma, results-oriented exceptional customer service, and love for the business made him one of the Top Producers for each of the firms he worked for, resulting in over 10,000 rental transactions and One Billion $ in sales during his tenure with both firms.


Avi has amassed a wide variety of skills and intricacies in real estate as well as becoming a mentor to many Agents within and out of the firm sharing the lessons to his success: cultivating solid skills based on consulting, negotiating, auditing, technology, marketing, and management experience rooted solidly in providing the best customer service possible.


Avi is a firm believer that to be the best you have to work with the best, or at least to encompass yourself with the best possible resources.

Avi is also an investor of a family owned business that has properties in Philadelphia and NJ and a proud owner of the Alexandra Condo Hotel in Miami Beach Florida.


He came to the United States from Israel when he was 21 after having completed an architectural and engineering degree and serving as a commanding officer in the Israeli army. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and collecting wonderful memories with his three children and wife and his great belief is that whatever happens, happens and whatever will happen will happen.
